1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our car detailing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with a booking.

2. Services

We provide vehicle detailing services which may include (but are not limited to):

  • Exterior wash and wax

  • Interior cleaning and vacuuming

  • Paint correction

  • Ceramic coating

  • Engine bay cleaningaAll services are performed with care and professionalism; however, results may vary depending on the condition, age, and previous maintenance of the vehicle.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made via phone, online, or in person.

  • A 10% deposit is required to confirm a booking.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, staff availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in [AUD or applicable currency].

  • Prices may vary depending on vehicle condition and size.

  • Full payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept [cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer, etc.].

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If client doesn’t show up, 10% booking fee will be not be refunded.

6. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

  • Customers must inform us of any pre-existing damage, electrical faults, or sensitive areas.

7. Damage & Liability

  • We take all reasonable care when handling your vehicle.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Mechanical or electrical failures

    • Wear and tear revealed during cleaning

  • Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Satisfaction Policy

We aim for high-quality results. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and, if appropriate, rectify the issue.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Access & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • The vehicle is unsafe to work on

  • Hazardous materials or conditions are present

  • Staff safety is at risk

10. Weather Conditions (Mobile Services)

For mobile detailing services, appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, or unsafe working conditions.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if:

  • The vehicle is excessively dirty beyond agreed scope

  • The customer behaves inappropriately or abusively

  • Safety cannot be guaranteed

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
